A formal written hail estimate for an insurance filing is $500, which covers documentation, negotiation with your carrier, photo records, scope, and the estimate itself. On qualifying vehicles, we offer repair assistance of up to $1,000, applied toward what you owe out of pocket on a hail claim. Whether a vehicle qualifies depends on the damage and the scope of the repair, and we tell you at the evaluation, before anything is authorized. Your deductible is set by your policy and your carrier, and we will never ask anyone to misstate a claim.

Extreme Hail & Collision is not a direct repair program member, and that decides who we are working for.
A DRP shop sits on the insurer's list because it agreed to that insurer's pricing, parts preferences, and cycle times. The carrier sends work; the shop accepts the terms. It is a sensible arrangement for both of them, and the vehicle owner is not a party to it.
We never signed one. So when an adjuster's estimate misses damage, prices an operation short, or leaves the blend off the panel next door, we document it and go back to them on your behalf. In Texas, you choose who repairs your vehicle regardless of what you are told on the phone. Bring us the claim number, and we take the rest of that conversation off your hands.
Pre-loss condition is the standard
Pre-loss condition means your vehicle comes back the way it was before the damage, in appearance, in panel fit, and in how it drives. It is the standard a repair should be measured against, and it is the one we write to.
The reason it matters is that an estimate can be written to a number instead of to a standard. Operations get dropped, a panel gets filled where it should have been replaced, a blend gets skipped so the paint stops at a hard edge. The vehicle leaves looking fine under shop lights and wrong in daylight three weeks later. When a carrier's estimate falls short of pre-loss condition, we document the gap and take it back to them.

We have repaired Ferraris. We have also repaired a lot of ten-year-old Corollas with a dented door and an owner who needs it back by Thursday, and honestly, that is most of the week.
It is worth saying because people see a Range Rover on a body shop website and assume the shop is not for them. Roughly half of what comes through here is everyday work. A bumper, a scuffed door, a couple of dings, one panel that needs paint. Plenty of it gets paid directly because the repair costs less than the deductible, and we say so when that is the case rather than steering anyone toward a claim they do not need.

Is your work warrantied?
Yes. Extreme Hail & Collision carries a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. If something we repaired fails, bring it back, and we will make it right. It covers our labor, not new damage, normal wear, or the manufacturer's own paint defects.
How long will my vehicle be in the shop?
It depends on the work. A couple of door dings are often same-day. Panel and paint work usually runs two to four days at Extreme Hail & Collision, allowing proper cure time. Hail and collision repairs run from a few days to a couple of weeks. Parts availability decides it more often than the labor does, and we tell you when a part is holding up the job.
