about our shop.
Everything people call and ask before they bring a car in — what we fix, what we charge to look at it, and what happens if the repair does not hold. No hedging.

Hail damage, dents and dings, collision damage, structural repair, and refinishing. Two tracks run under one roof: paintless dent repair, where we work the metal back to shape from behind the panel and your factory paint never gets touched, and conventional body and paint for damage too severe for PDR.
All of them. The ones through our bays most often are BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Tesla, Range Rover, Toyota, Honda, and domestic trucks — Ford in particular.
European and aluminum-panel vehicles need different PDR technique and different tooling than a steel-panel truck, and we are set up for both. There is more detail on BMW, Tesla, and Range Rover specifically.
For hail, it is better. PDR keeps your original factory finish, which means no color-match risk, no paint-thickness readings that flag a repair on resale, and a fraction of the time in the shop. We only go to conventional body and paint when the metal is stretched or the paint is already broken.
Evaluations are free. Drive in, we look at the damage, we tell you what it needs and roughly what track it goes down. No charge, no appointment required during shop hours.
A fully scoped, written hail estimate — every panel measured and documented in the format insurers require. That is real labor, so it is $500, and it comes back to you as a credit if you do the repair with us.
Two things that are not charged: a free evaluation, and dropping the car off for repair. If you leave the vehicle with us to be fixed, there is no estimate fee at all — it only applies if you then decide not to repair.
Yes, all carriers. You are never required to use a shop your insurer suggests — that choice is yours by law in Texas. We deal with the adjuster, the supplements, and the paperwork directly.
Lifetime warranty on workmanship — paintless dent repair, body repair, and refinish alike. For as long as you own the vehicle, if something we did fails, we make it right.
Plainly: it covers our work, not new damage, and it stays with you rather than transferring to the next owner.
The shop opened in 2022 and is family owned and operated. We hold more than fifty reviews on Google, and we are a referral shop for Plano-area dealerships and detail shops — which is the review that matters most to us, because it is the one where a professional reputation rides on us not getting it wrong.

Come by during shop hours and we will tell you what your car needs. If it is hail and you want it in writing for the insurer, we will scope it — and credit the fee back when you repair with us.
Walk-in evaluations are free, and most take less than 15 minutes. Call ahead if you want, but you do not have to.
