Structural and panel work.

A modern unibody is engineered to absorb an impact by deforming in specific places. That is what saves you in a wreck, and it is also why a car can look nearly fine and still be out of square. Structural repair is measured work — the vehicle is pulled back to factory specification and verified, not eyeballed.

A car that is out of square drives wrong, wears tires unevenly, and will never quite fit right along its panel gaps. If the damage reached the structure, that gets corrected before anything cosmetic happens.

  • Structural repair to factory specification, measured and verified
  • Body panel replacement with correct gaps and alignment
  • Bumper repair and replacement, including sensors and mounting hardware
  • Fender, door and quarter panel repair
  • Aluminum panel work, which behaves nothing like steel and is handled accordingly

Color matching that holds up outdoors

Matching your paint code is the starting point, not the finish line. A car that has spent three Texas summers in a parking lot is no longer the color it left the factory as. We match to the vehicle as it is today, spray out test cards, and blend into the adjacent panels so the transition lands somewhere the eye does not go looking for it.

Done properly, you cannot find the repair in direct sun. That is the standard, and direct sun is the only test that matters.

The claim, handled

We are an independent shop, not a direct repair program member. A DRP shop is on the insurer's list because it agreed to the insurer's pricing and cycle times — a good arrangement for the carrier. We never signed one, so when an adjuster's estimate misses a part, prices an operation short, or omits the blend on an adjacent panel, we document it and file a supplement.

You choose your repair shop in Texas, regardless of what you are told on the phone. Bring us the claim number and we will take the rest of that conversation off your hands.

Warranty

Our workmanship is warrantied for as long as you own the car.

If something we repaired fails, bring it back and we will make it right. No time limit, no mileage cap, no proration. It covers our labor — not new damage, not normal wear, and not the manufacturer's own paint defects.

The warranty stays with you as the owner and does not transfer at sale.

Collision questions.

Do I have to use the body shop my insurance company recommends?

No. In Texas you choose who repairs your vehicle. A shop on the insurer's list is there because it agreed to that insurer's pricing and cycle times. We are independent, which means when an estimate misses something we go back to the adjuster on your behalf.

Will the new paint match the rest of my car?

Yes. We match to the vehicle's paint code, then adjust for how the finish has actually aged on your car, and blend into the adjacent panels so the transition falls where the eye does not look for it. Matching the code alone is not enough on a car that has spent a few Texas summers outside.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Our workmanship, for as long as you own the vehicle. If something we repaired fails, bring it back and we will make it right. It covers our labor, not new damage, normal wear, or the manufacturer's own paint defects.

How long will my collision repair take?

Light panel work is often under a week. Structural repair, or a job waiting on back-ordered parts, runs longer. Parts availability is usually the variable, not the labor, and we tell you when a part is holding the job rather than letting the date quietly slip.

Can you handle structural and frame damage?

Yes, in-house at the Plano shop. Structural repair is measured work, not eyeballed, and a car that is out of square drives wrong and wears tires unevenly even when the panels look fine.
