Hail evaluations are free — drop in and we'll walk through the damage with you. A formal written hail estimate (for insurance filing) is $500, which covers documentation, negotiation with your carrier, photo records, scope, and the estimate itself. The fee is waived when you drop the car off for repair with us.

Do you charge for a hail damage estimate?

A walk-in hail evaluation is free — come by during business hours and we'll assess the damage with you at no charge. A formal written hail estimate for an insurance filing is $500, which covers documentation, photo records, repair scope, the estimate itself, and negotiation with your carrier. That fee is waived when you drop the vehicle off for repair with us.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We work with every major carrier — State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Geico, Progressive and the rest. We are an independent shop, not a direct repair program (DRP) member, which means we advocate for you and your vehicle rather than for the insurer's cost targets.

Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

We're at 1101 Ohio Drive, Suite 111, Plano, TX 75093, just off the George Bush Turnpike and Preston Road. Customers come to us from across the DFW metroplex — Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, Carrollton, Dallas, Wylie, Prosper, Celina, The Colony and more.

Is your work warrantied?

Yes — our workmanship carries a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. If something we repaired fails, bring it back and we'll make it right.

Based in Plano, 20 minutes from most of Collin County.

Most of our work comes from Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson and Carrollton, though cars reach us from across the metroplex — Dallas and Garland up through Prosper and Celina. If you can get it to us, we can fix it.
